I finally did it. Today I had 10 inches chopped off my hair. I’ve been talking about getting it cut for a while – my last cut was way back in November – but JB has been insisting that I needed a very good reason to do such “damage” to myself. So, I came up with one – the hair that was chopped off today is being donated to the Pantene Beautiful Lengths campaign to help create wigs for those undergoing cancer treatments.
Good deed of the day – check.
Here are before and after shots – the first one was taken a mere 24 hours ago as I was celebrating the start of the weekend with Good Time. The one below was taken about an hour ago and is having some pixelation issues that I apologize for:
What a change a day makes, eh? Check out my Flickr page for more after shots – and a candid of my poor ponytails, ready for shipment to Pantene.
Sorry JB. Don’t worry – give me about 6 months and it’ll all be grown back.
